Exchange and Refund Policy

 The buyer must notify 4 Jewels within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise by email.  Please state within the email if you, the buyer, would like an exchange or a credit towards an item of equal or lesser value.  Please note the item(s) returned must be accompanied with the original receipt and provided the item is returned in unworn, new condition, tags still attached.  This will only permit you, the buyer,  the opportunity for an exchange or credit.  If an item(s) is returned for exchange for an item(s) of greater value, the retail difference and sales tax are required.  If an item(s) is returned for exchange for an item(s) of lesser value, the difference will be applied towards a credit.  Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.
